Aluminium Vase Mould Broke Again!

I had been hoping there could be a chance that today I could do an aluminium pour, but upon splitting my sand mould I discovered it had not set properly….again. The mould half that had not set properly had a 2 thick hard shell but it was as soft as freshly mixed sand under that. I think it was due to not enough CO2 exposure, the bottle was very low with hardly any pressure. This has left me in a situation that looks like this….
